Ask once, reach the right people
Request up to two spares (one for mixed doubles) with a position and a short note. Send it to your league or the whole club, and Haxis tells you how many people it will reach before you send.

- Resend every two hours if it’s quiet
Your team picks
It isn’t first come, first served. Volunteers put their hand up and your team chooses. Once someone is accepted, you swap emails both ways so you can sort out the details.
Tidy by design
If the game moves, volunteers are told. Spares find all their requests on one screen with a badge, and old requests are cleaned up 30 days after the game.
